# 10% Fee

Each trade incurs a 10% flat fee, with 60% of it going towards accumulating $PLS tokens, as detailed in [this section](/pepes-docs/tokenomics/benefits.md). 

The remaining 40% will be distributed to $PEG stakers and lockers as outlined in the [Tokenomics](/pepes-docs/tokenomics/about-peg.md) section.
